Having a problem with a specific trade or user?
SkinMatch doesn't mediate trades or resolve disputes between users directly — it never has visibility into what happened on Steam. Use the Report button on the offer or profile in question instead; it goes straight to a moderator, which gets a faster and more useful response than email for that kind of issue.
